MM: Fear is a CHOICE!

We all face fears is all sorts of forms. Personal, professional, relational, physical. Whatever it is you are scared of, it's real and it's keeping you where you are.

In some respects, that's not all bad. Sometimes, fear is good. It protects us from doing something that could potentially be harmful to us. That type of fear is helpful. The whole concept of "You Only Live Once" as a justification for doing stupid and dangerous things is just about the dumbest fad ever. Even worse than the Justin Beiber craze. Yes, I said it.

But, in many cases fear is a crutch and obstacle to your success. We perceive it as safe to just stay where we are, do what we've always done, maintain our status quo. Guess what - this isn't safe. It's wasting your life and keeping you from being, doing, accomplishing everything you can. It is killing your soul.

Don't do that. You have a dream? Then go chase it. Not on a whim like an idiot. Make a plan. Figure out what it takes to achieve your dream and put it down on paper. Write out the steps you need to go through to get there. And start your journey.

Make a choice. The choice is not allow fear to run (and ruin) your life anymore. Choose to go after your dream.
