MM: Listen to Rudy Giuliani

On September 23rd, former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani joined Baylor President Ken Starr in Waco Hall for On Topic, speaking on 9/11, leadership & other issues from his career. On Topic is a series of sit down conversations hosted by President Starr with a variety of dignitaries and prominent figures.

Giuliani had many insightful and inspiring things to say. But this advice for ‪‎Baylor‬ students was of special quality and applies to everyone:

"Figure out what you want to do, try to make it something you enjoy. Don't expect immediate success; take failure as a valuable thing... Pursue your dream, and if you get knocked down a few times, just learn from it. Successful people are people who can absorb failure and use it as a learning experience."
