Doug Cofer brings a wealth of marketing, sales, and executive management experience to Four Columns, which he founded in 2007. Holding an MBA from the Hankamer School of Business at Baylor University, he spent a decade as a top-producing sales executive in the media and tourism sectors. His management experience includes stints as the CEO of a 10-million-dollar golf club and director of sales for both a city magazine and a year-round mountain resort. His strategic vision, people-centric management style, leadership and expertise in all aspects of marketing focused on bottom-line results are key factors to his success.
Doug’s highest priorities are his wife Christine and their five amazing children, Cameron, Katie, Miles, Kensi and Luke. Along with their dogs Griffin, Brooks and Holly, it is quite a houseful. He is an avid supporter of Baylor athletics as well as being an active member of First United Methodist Church in Waco.

Don’t Say One Thing and Then Go Out The Back Door!
Doug's Thoughts On IntegrityMatt Silva
Matt is a gifted programmer who utilizes his development skills to build and maintain websites across style and functionality boundaries. When it’s time to turn ideas into actuality, Matt has a true gift of bringing concepts into reality with the highest web standards possible.
A native Texan from nearby Riesel, Matt has served as the Senior Vice President of Technology at Four Columns Marketing since 2014. In his role, he works with all facets of the company’s technology platforms as well as web development. His passion is to better the web presence of all clients by meeting and exceeding web standards and pushing the limits of how websites are built with the goal that every detail properly reflects what our clients embody.
He’s an outdoor enthusiast and enjoys fishing, horseback riding and sitting around a fire. Matt lives in Waco with his wife Becca, son Ryan and daughter Reagan.

Matt's Thoughts On Web IssuesBryan Jaska
Bryan has been heading up the video and photography divisions of Four Columns Marketing since 2014. He oversees video and photography shoots as well as post-production and motion graphic design.
Bryan graduated from Baylor University in Waco in 1999 with a Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications. Since then he has spent over 15 years working in video and related fields in the Waco area. He has also done production work for several studios in the area, local television stations and Baylor University, as well as running his own video production business on the side.
In his spare time, Bryan moonlights as a professional musician. Though he no longer does touring shows, he still finds time to play bass with several local bands. Bryan has over 20 years of musical experience both on tour and in the studio with Texas acts such as Brandon Rhyder, The Shakin’ Apostles and Bleu Edmondson.

There are those who would suggest that NyQuil is not an acceptable nightcap. Those people are conscious.
Bryan's Thoughts on How To Get a Good Night's RestJoe Gastler
Meet our Director of Strategy, Joe Gastler. Since 2016, Joe has served Four Columns in finding the intersection between creativity and analytics, ensuring that we stay strategically focused on accomplishing our clients’ objectives as we tactically execute across every marketing channel. That includes reporting, digital ad management, developing strategy and helping out across a variety of disciplines.
He has the distinction of graduating from Baylor on three separate occasions, most recently with his MBA in Marketing. Joe has a diverse background in higher education, nonprofits, municipalities, finance and retail. He’s done market research for SAP, developed marketing campaigns for Zales, is GoogleAds certified and has even developed a business plan for an NFL star.
When he’s not in the office, you can find Joe listening to music (NEEDTOBREATHE to be specific), watching Brooklyn 99 or hanging out with his wife Jessica, son Josiah and daughter Abby.

Good strategy competes, great strategy wins.
Joe's Thoughts on Marketing StrategyBrandon Rosas
Meet Brandon Rosas, Director of Client Services and resident musician at Four Columns. With degrees from Baylor University in Digital, Film & Media and Accounting, Brandon comes to us from previous roles at Magnolia and Hole in the Roof. He holds a Lean Six Sigma, which focuses on increasing output while using fewer resources and maintaining (or increasing) a high level of quality and hopes to one day open a consulting agency that allows businesses to operate at maximum efficiency and increase their capacity.
On a daily basis, Brandon ensures that all of the different elements within each marketing campaign are completed with the highest quality and within the given time frame. His ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time and still maintain a high level of quality sets him apart from the crowd. Brandon’s favorite thing about Four Columns is working with people who are experts within their given roles and give their best effort to do their work.
Outside the office, you can find this former professional musician creating music with some of the industry’s greats, eating the freshest cut of steak HEB has to offer, planning a trip to Ireland or watching Arrested Development. Also, Natalie Portman once bought him a drink. Just saying.

Maggie Griffin
Meet Maggie Griffin, graphic design extraordinaire. Though she earned her degree in Medical Humanities from Baylor University, her love of design led her to seek out opportunities where she could put her creative talents to work. She is an entirely self-taught graphic designer and lettering artist with a teachable spirit and undying desire to learn more. Armed with gratitude for the role itself, Maggie carries a great deal of care for her work while also never failing to rise to the challenge of creating something new.
Maggie joined Four Columns in October 2020, where she hit the ground running in working with the rest of the team to create designs for our clients that help visually communicate their stories. From business cards to websites, logos and brochures, she does it all. When it comes to goals, on the day-to-day, she strives to impress and over-deliver for our clients. Long-term, she hopes to stay in the creative field and grow as a designer by exploring different areas of design.
Maggie loves working at Four Columns for its “work hard, play hard” mentality––giving their all to a project and then celebrating a job well done. She once was a part of a three-person synchronized swimming group (don’t ask), could eat sandwiches every day for the rest of her life and left a piece of her heart in Nantucket Island with each of her five visits there. Outside of the office, you can find her cooking, reading or exploring Waco’s local coffee shops and restaurants with her husband and daughter, Millie.

Tristen Coffee
Meet Tristen Coffee, Director of Communications and President of the Party Planning Committee at Four Columns. Hailing from Temple, Tristen graduated from Baylor University with a degree in Journalism and Public Relations with a minor in marketing. Before landing this gig in September 2020, Tristen interned at Safe2Save, Giant Noise and Prosper Waco throughout her college experience. With her God-given creativity, people-centric nature and ability to write for different audiences, Tristen thrives in the behind-the-scenes writing, editing and content development her role has to offer.
Tristen’s favorite thing about working at Four Columns thus far is the dynamic group of creatives she has the honor of working with. She hopes to one day own a boutique PR firm, always aspiring to leadership in some capacity.
This travel-junkie has been to 16 different countries and once served as an au pair in Germany. Outside of work, you can find Tristen traveling to the next destination on her bucket list (probably Greece), watching New Girl, dancing, trying new restaurants, spending hours at her favorite local coffee shops and running her small polymer clay earring business called coffee + clay.

Jordan Dossett
Meet Jordan Dossett, one of our extremely talented web developers. He was born and raised in Arlington, Texas and graduated in 2018 from TSTC with an associate’s degree in Web Design and Development. In the same year, Four Columns was lucky to add Jordan to the team. An expert problem solver and the ultimate team player, Jordan’s favorite things about working at Four Columns include the relaxed environment and friendly colleagues to work alongside. In the future, Jordan aspires to build full-scale web and mobile apps.
When he’s not in the office, you can find Jordan learning new programming languages, building keyboards or listening to music. We are grateful to have Jordan on our team and thankful for the creativity, programming skills and passion that he applies to every project.

Quinn Miller
Meet Quinn Miller, Account Manager and lover of all things green. Originally from Southern California, Quinn earned her bachelor’s in Communications from UCLA with a minor in Film, Television, and Digital Media Studies. Quinn’s background in project management, digital marketing, and client services spans a variety of industries in travel and tourism, higher education, hospitality and events.
A Texas transplant, Quinn moved from Tucson, Arizona in April 2022 with her husband Ben, a teaching professor at Baylor University. She hit the ground running with a long list of local restaurants and nature destinations to visit, ready to experience all that Waco and Texas have to offer.
Outside of the office, Quinn enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and rescue pup Luna, supporting local businesses, watching reality competition shows (Survivor and Top Chef), tackling home/garden DIY projects, and exploring new places. She loves bringing people together, whether for a casual game night, post-work happy hour, or fancy dinner party.

Tiana Dyson
Meet Communications Specialist Tiana Dyson. Having graduated from Baylor University in December of 2020, she’s excited to be putting her degrees in Marketing and Public Relations to use by writing a variety of content for our clients. With a passion for branding, her hope is to one day work in the digital and social media industry, building unique brands with carefully curated content and engaging storytelling.
On a daily basis, you can find her writing anything from email campaigns to social media posts. Her favorite part about joining the Four Columns team – besides the unlimited Celsius supply – is the in-office environment, especially in downtown Waco. As a former employee of both Magnolia and Waco Tours, she knows and loves Waco and its people well, and is thankful to continue doing that at Four Columns.
In her downtime, you can find Tiana cozying up with a good book, watching One Tree Hill (again), or hanging out at a local coffee shop, probably online shopping. She’s obsessed with her dog, Maggie, and visits her hometown in Illinois to see her often. If you get the chance, ask her about the time she went skydiving above her hometown for a good laugh.
