Morgan LondonCommunications Director
Meet our Communications Director, Morgan London. Hailing from Kilgore, Texas, Morgan has worked in communications in three countries outside the U.S. including Greece, Kenya and the Dominican Republic! Morgan was a member of the Kilgore College Rangerettes for 2 years before transferring to Baylor in 2016 to pursue a degree in Journalism, Public Relations. She joined the Four Columns team in January 2017, graduated and completed a Master’s program in International Journalism in August 2020 and hopes to one day work with producers in different countries to tell the story of their lives and culture as a promotional tactic.
Morgan develops digital content for clients including social media, email campaigns, online newsletters and website content, as well as printed collateral, advertisements and content pieces published in print publications. She oversees all public relations efforts, helping to coordinate PR pitches, earned media and press release distribution. She is also the face behind all of 4C’s social media accounts.
Morgan loves working at Four Columns because of the great company culture, where each person’s unique gifts are embraced and valued. Outside of work, she loves to travel, hang out with her dogs and explore what the world has to offer.
Brandon RosasAccount Executive
Meet Brandon Rosas, an Account Executive and resident musician at Four Columns. With degrees from Baylor University in Digital, Film & Media and Accounting, Brandon comes to us from previous roles at Magnolia and Hole in the Roof. He holds a Lean Six Sigma, which focuses on increasing output while using fewer resources and maintaining (or increasing) a high level of quality and hopes to one day open a consulting agency that allows businesses to operate at maximum efficiency and increase their capacity.
On a daily basis, Brandon ensures that all of the different elements within each marketing campaign are completed with the highest quality and within the given time frame. His ability to juggle multiple projects at the same time and still maintain a high level of quality sets him apart from the crowd. Brandon’s favorite thing about Four Columns is working with people who are experts within their given roles and give their best effort to do their work.
Outside the office, you can find this former professional musician creating music with some of the industry’s greats, eating the freshest cut of steak HEB has to offer, planning a trip to Ireland or watching Arrested Development. Also, Natalie Portman once bought him a drink. Just saying.
Grace BryanClient & Communication Specialist
Client & Communication Specialist
Meet our Client & Communication Specialist, Grace Bryan, who joined Four Columns in May 2019 after graduating from Baylor University with a BA in Journalism, Public Relations and a minor in Film and Digital Media. Her communications experience spans international borders as she served on the marketing and engagement team at one of the largest hospitals in the United Kingdom and a nonprofit in Uganda. In the office, you can find her writing results-driven digital and print content for clients in the industrial, nonprofit and professional service sectors and beyond.
She brings creativity and innovation into communication for clients, writing for email campaigns, websites, technical articles, ads, public relations efforts, media pitches, video and radio scripts and has managed over 25 social media accounts to date. Outside of content development, Grace also works directly with clients and manages and oversees the 4C communications internships. She loves working at Four Columns because of the variety of work she gets to do and the incredible team she gets to work with.
Outside of work, this Southern Californian loves traveling to new places with her middle school sweetheart and husband, Blake, and expressing herself creatively through photography, music, drawing and painting.
Jordan DossettWeb Developer
Meet Jordan Dossett, one of our extremely talented web developers. He was born and raised in Arlington, Texas and graduated in 2018 from TSTC with an associate’s degree in Web Design and Development. In the same year, Four Columns was lucky to add Jordan to the team. An expert problem solver and the ultimate team player, Jordan’s favorite things about working at Four Columns include the relaxed environment and friendly colleagues to work alongside. In the future, Jordan aspires to build full-scale web and mobile apps.
When he’s not in the office, you can find Jordan learning new programming languages, building keyboards or listening to music. We are grateful to have Jordan on our team and thankful for the creativity, programming skills and passion that he applies to every project.
Maggie GriffinGraphic Designer
Meet Maggie Griffin, graphic design extraordinaire. Though she earned her degree in Medical Humanities from Baylor University, her love of design led her to seek out opportunities where she could put her creative talents to work. She is an entirely self-taught graphic designer and lettering artist with a teachable spirit and undying desire to learn more. Armed with gratitude for the role itself, Maggie carries a great deal of care for her work while also never failing to rise to the challenge of creating something new.
Maggie joined Four Columns in October 2020, where she hit the ground running in working with the rest of the team to create designs for our clients that help visually communicate their stories. From business cards to websites, logos and brochures, she does it all. When it comes to goals, on the day-to-day, she strives to impress and over-deliver for our clients. Long-term, she hopes to stay in the creative field and grow as a designer by exploring different areas of design.
Maggie loves working at Four Columns for its “work hard, play hard” mentality––giving their all to a project and then celebrating a job well done. She once was a part of a three-person synchronized swimming group (don’t ask), could eat sandwiches every day for the rest of her life and left a piece of her heart in Nantucket Island with each of her five visits there. Outside of the office, you can find her cooking, reading or exploring Waco’s local coffee shops and restaurants with her husband and daughter, Millie.

With her God-given creativity, people-centric nature and ability to write for different audiences, Tristen thrives in the behind-the-scenes writing, editing and content development her role has to offer.
Tristen’s favorite thing about working at Four Columns thus far is the dynamic group of creatives she has the honor of working with. She hopes to one day own a boutique PR firm, always aspiring to leadership in some capacity.
This travel-junkie has been to 16 different countries and once served as an au pair in Germany. Outside of work, you can find Tristen traveling to the next destination on her bucket list (probably Greece), watching New Girl, dancing, trying new restaurants, spending hours at her favorite local coffee shops and running her small polymer clay earring business called coffee + clay.
